Kearney Law sends SMS messages only when the checkbox is selected.

Messaging Terms

Kearney Law sends text messages only for consultation request confirmations, case intake updates, and document request updates connected to a user-initiated website request.

Consent is collected only through an optional, unchecked checkbox on the website form.

Website forms can be submitted without selecting the checkbox.

Kearney Law sends SMS messages only if the checkbox is selected.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, Kearney Law will send a confirmation message confirming that you have been opted out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Kearney Law.

To resume SMS messages, you must submit a new website form and select the SMS checkbox again.
